Hi, my name is Terry Sneed and I am an Associate Pastor for Broadman Baptist Church in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. 

This past Christmas our Pastor, Chris McCombs challenged us to reply "Merry Christmas" whenever anyone told us "Happy Holidays".

 We did this and we were told by a lot of the people working in stores they were not allowed to say “Merry Christmas”.  They are being told by their HR Departments to say “Happy Holidays” because it is “Politically Correct”.   There are other months in the year with several holidays in them but we are not saying “Happy Holidays” in those months.

Even Santa Clause was saying "Happy Holidays".  Santa Clause is only about Christmas.

All the stores want us to buy merchandise for our family and friends to be given out on December 25th but they don't want to say what it is for.

The only reason they are saying “Happy Holidays” is because Christmas is in December and the “Politically Correct” people just want to take Christmas out of Christmas.  This is the reason why we have started this campaign.

This web site was launched on April 1, 2008 at 12:17 AM.  I wanted to launch on April 1st because it is April Fools day.  Let's fool the "Politically Correct" people this year by saying "Merry Christmas"
